Innovation matters.Execution matters.Character matters most.
Onur Haytac builds and operates technology-led ventures across industries, guided by a belief that long-term success is shaped by how decisions are made, how people are treated, and how responsibility is carried.

Moving to USA for graduate studies, and later establishing his life and career in Florida, Onur Haytac's path reflects a deliberate decision to build opportunity in a new environment. With formal training in information systems and analytics, he gravitated early toward solving practical problems through technology—favoring systems that work in reality over ideas that exist only in theory.
That approach led him into the restaurant technology space, where firsthand exposure to outdated and inefficient systems revealed a clear opportunity. By focusing on usability, reliability, and operator needs, Haytac built what would later become Linga—a cloud-based restaurant operating system adopted globally. The business was grown through hands-on execution, direct customer engagement, and disciplined, self-funded growth.
Across ventures, Haytac is known for a direct, no-theatrics operating style. He favors clear governance, practical technology, and execution that holds up under real-world conditions. Corporate formality and performative language are avoided in favor of substance, accountability, and trust built through consistent decisions.
